Hmmm, I am VAT registered, and have never considered anyone being interested in that side of things (with regards to thinking more/less of the service you provide).
Mind you, certain business customers that can't claim VAT (insurance brokers, financial advisers) would prefer I wasn't registered, as to them it is just a 20% increase in charges.
Don't see a problem in stating VAT registration to anyone (so long as you actually are of course!), but the more stuff on your letterhead, the less elegant it looks in my opinion.0 -
Short answer is yes - totally ok to put something together on your computer. The only real alternative is potentially expensive - requiring design and printing costs.
It's an almost meaningless back-covering exercise by your customer so just help them out by playing the game.0
