Hi all am new to this site.just rang my bank up the other day about a loan i have 5 years ago.
I only made 5 payments but paid it all of in full a month later.
The bank says i can't claim all my ppi back, but if i paid it all of in full surely i can.

You paid 5 months of ppi and unless they gave you this all back when you settled the loan, you should get the 5 months you paid and 8% interest if you have reasons for mis sell and it is upheld.
When you settled the loan they will have given you a rebate of this ppi so if you win redress, the rebate they gave you will have to be deducted from the redress, and you may get nothing back to you.
Do you have the settlement figures for this loan?.0
