PCN Parking Services Fine

I went to local bowlplex and forgot to put a ticket on car. came back and found a parking ticket which is £30 if paid within 14 days or £65 after.
I've tried the website several times and made a call to company and still 7 DAYS later this PCN has not loaded onto their system for me to pay.
Has anybody else had problems with this as I think they are trying to catch me out after the 14 days for early payment will have lapsed??

Woooooooahhhhhhhhhh
You dont need to pay them that much at all.
Follow the advice and do not pay, you have a private invoice not a ticket. The only bit you technically owe them for is what the parking would have cost you.
Advice would be to ignore all future correspondance from them.
Who has issued the ticket ? what company ?You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -

OMG why on earth are you trying to pay?! Is this a joke? :rotfl:
STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just watch the Watchdog clip in the top thread 'PPC letters & threats' and look at all the letters people on here ignore every day from these fake PCN scammers. They are a third party who do not have any authority to penalise you for this oversight - yet they impersonate a 'parking ticket' and pretend that it's a real one!
Never mind if you forgot to buy a P&D ticket, it's not ideal but the SENSIBLE answer is, just don't make that mistake again. The remedy is NOT to line the pockets of a third party protection racketeer asking for a stupid amount and passing it off as a 'PCN'.
It does not mean you have been 'fined', this ISN'T a fine!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Bleeding heck ! You owe these bunch of scammers nothing near what they are asking, technically you owe them maybe a couple of quid, and that is it. They are trying to penalise you like the police or a council, that is illegal, a private company cannot do that by law! Please read the sticky threads in this section, and watch all the watchdog videos by the BBC and Ann Robinson, educate yourself on this scam.
And for gods sake don't pay them anything despite whatever outlandish threats they use, they don't do court, you won't get a ccj it won't effect your credit rating and no bailiffs will call , read my signature below - simple advice - IGNORE !Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

So you're not going to pay it right? Don't pay it you are just encouraging them.
I hope he doesn't, honestly coming here for advice then paying, is probably one of the worst financial decisions he will make this year if he does that.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. 'PCN Parking Services' - never heard of them, but maybe they are a phoenix of another firm. Topher I have heard of, someone called Christopher runs it I think...
Aren't there a few of them in West Byfleet or is that the address that Roxburghe rejoice in copying & pasting on their Graham White scamogram templates?
Anyway please read the top sticky thread. The forum index is only a click away and it's at the top. See my signature about which linky above to click on.

Surferrob? Surferrob? Hello? Tell us you are not mad enough to believe you have to pay it? If you are, I am going to send you an e mail telling you I have a secret fund of $10 million that I want to transfer to your bank account, all I need is a little £200 to enable me to pay some administration charges... then I will send you a letter telling you that you've won $6 million on the Canadian National lottery (what, you didn't buy a ticket? Shhh, before they realise!) and all I need is £500 to pay the transfer fees... need I go on? The car park scam is in the same category as those, mate!0
