First Direct & Co operative current account incentives not credited yet?

..I opened the above two current accounts (while the incentives were open) in November and followed the conditions (transfer of two SO's via switching service and three monthly transfers) but after several phones calls have not yet received the incentive payments? Has anyone else encountered the same problem?....thanks ed:eek:

For the Co-op account, they have four months in which to make the payment, so I think you are being a little hasty here. Just be patient, and it should arrive in due course.0
