Pls Help! Need to extend lead flashing by about 20cm!

Hi,

Ive had a couple of related posts on here and the answers have been ace.

I have lead flashing (that is well sealed etc) covering the conservatory but I think its too short. I want it to cover the rafter and some portion of the conservatory roof (about 20cm-25cm away from the wall) to make it water tight.

Without ripping the old lead flashing out, what are my options?

Thanks again!
