PPI Credit card claim help

Hello I have decide check whether I had PPI on any of my credit cards and if so, I want to claim it back. I was going to get a company to do t for me but decide to attempt to do it myself. I have around 18 old credit cards so thought there would be a good chance one of them would have PPI insurance.
I began by calling each company asking if I had PPI on my credit cards. It turns out I had it on 5 MBNA cards and 2 Capital One cards. HSBC and Alliance & Leicester said i had card guard protection and this wasnt PPI. The others claimed to there knowledge it wasn't on so I requested a copy of my origional terms and conditions.
Since then I have revived a copy of the T's & C's from Barclays but I don't think they are the original as they refer to a date in 2010 and I actually started using the card in 2003. How can I be certain these are the correct origional Terms and conditions? Also I have been called by MBNA today who have asked my reason for claiming and I simply said "I wasn't aware that I had been sold payment protection insurance". I asked how I was sold the cards, whether it was in person or over the phone and she said she didn't know and there was no way to check. I also informed her that I was self employed but she told me that didn't make any difference. She told me I will receive a form in 10 days with a questionnaire to fill in and complete. This is all getting rather complicated and I'm unsure if I'm doing things right! I worried i am going to fill in the form incorrectly so I may just get a company to do it for me.

The form is easy, you will still have to fill it in if you use a claims company, and then pay them upwards of 25% plus Vat if you win redress.
Hopefully someone who knows if these terms and conditions apply now will post i am sure, they could still be the terms and conditions from the start of CCs for all we know.
If you have the card numbers.
Look here for reasons for mis sell

If any/all apply to you then put the claims in.0
