    The promoter will judge the entries that answer all multiple choice questions correctly. The winner will be the Eligible Entrant with the most creative answer to complete the statement "I want to win the prize because...".


    just sometimes, despite having a tiebreaker, the winner is chosen at random.

  • The figured I keep pulling up are
    2012: 276bhp, 'Close to 300bhp', 280bhp
    2011: 236bhp

    So that's be a 64bhp increase at the most, 40bhp at the least.
    Given that your report says close at 280, and 276 is a pretty specific number, i'd say the it's likely to be closer to 40. So 37 is a safe bet.
