Just a quickie. Barclays have rejected our claim on the grounds that the bank account was over 12 years old, Has anyone got any advice to help us out. Regards Kittys boy.

Hi, we think it was for overdraft protection,It was a long time ago and we are not sure what it was for. We are trying to get a copy of the agreement from Barclays but they have not been able to supply it yet.Regards Kittys boy0

Chances are there is no agreement showing PPI or any other insurance on the account as products on current accounts tend to be standalone and have their own documentation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
