Cheapest places to buy small single beds?

Hi all,

I am in need of 2 single beds for my small children. They will have to be 2' 6" and probably divans as it's only a small room and I am after the cheapest ones I can find. Not too worried about them lasting forever as no doubt as the children get older and go into separate rooms we will end up getting cabin beds or similar.

Many thanks for reading!
Jules

    Freecycle/Freegle?

Would a 3' bunkbed be practical?

  • ikea,
They have small beds that look cute and a good price, they do extending ones if that suits better or just normal ones. Plus they are lower to the ground so if the child happens to fall out, they don't fall far lol
I had the sniglar bed which was under £50 but still a good bed and fitted into a tiny bedroom just right

Online, when I was looking for my childrens beds there were some fantastic deals, just google it. Once you find one you like google the name to find the best price

Daska - that was the intial plan until our youngest turned out to be a complete chimp and will climb up and jump off anything! It's not so much that he's naughty he's just very erm acrobatic!

The children are 5 (but quite tall so unsure if a toddler bed or similar would be too short) and 20 months. Youngest is also tall and outgrowing the cot by the minute and also climbing out too!

I will have a look into all your suggestions, thank-you!
