I have just been sucessful in opening a new account with Lloyds TSB. The account was activated today after making an applicaton last night. They offered me a cheque book but no overdraft ( I have a CCJ thats 5 years and 7 months old) I was told there was no requirements for me to send any ID as they was able to verify me electronically.
I just have a few questions;
I just have a few questions;
- Are there Green debit cards offline or online?
- Are all there card contactless or are they just available to selected customers?
- How will I have know if I have a CPD marker?

2. Contactless available to certain customers only
3. You wont, leave your account 6months before thinking of applying for anything, the branch / phone do no this info.Can I find out my credit score?You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0 -

There website suggests you can ask for one on request.

If you don’t have this new technology on your card but would like to order a new one with it, please visit your local branch who will be able to arrange it for you.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
So how can you tell if your green card is offline or online. With Barclays there is a difference in card numbers for example 4658 and 4659.0

I don't know anybody who's ever had problems with paying at pump with LTSB card. I think they all are offline for Classic and above accounts. I can tell my green LTSB Visa debit with number 4921 is an offline card (paid at pump on many occasions, the transactions don't appear on my account until later - they don't even reduce my available funds when checking online or ATM (or reduce only by £1, I'll check it again), so easy to go over the limit). My card is not contactless but I didn't ask for one, it's not CGC either.
The account is less than 1 year old, but I had current account with LoydsTSB in the past with offline Visa Debit with CG.0 -
I think they are all offline for classic accounts, certainly can use mine in the pay at the pump asda. They take £1 from the available balance and give max speed £99
When payment gets taken eventually the £1 reserved gets put back on the card.0
