Have any students (or parents of,) dealt with Athena as a landlord for a shorthold tenancy agreement (in a house, not halls)?
If so, what was your experience like with them?-good/bad/indifferent.
For some reason it is ringing alarm bells with me but can't put my finger on why!
Have just received paperwork through re a tenancy agreement and guarantor form and tbh I really need to get legal advice on them but before I do that thought it would be wise to hear of other's experiences with them first.
