Can anyone help me?

Mum has recently been going through some of my Dad's old bank documents and read his loan agreement. He was misold PPI (was self employed). Now Dad died 4 years ago, is Mum able to claim on his behalf?

Many PPi plans do cover self employed. That complaint reason is only valid if they dont cover self employed (or a few plans that made claiming virtually impossible).

The executor of the estate can put a complaint in. It may be worth finding out if S/E was covered first. A phone call to them to check before making the complaint may be in order.
