Thanks everyone for the replies, prompted by your information I checked with the FSB legal team who recommend I ask BG to produce the legislation that states the contract is formed without my use of any Gas. E.g. they think if I haven't switched the gas on then I haven't entered the contract.0

oh and by being not bonded, yes I mean electrically and I mention it because that was the reason the gas was switched off from day one (while the building is being refurbed and rewired).0
