Catalogue charges

My apologies if this has been posted elsewhere on the board.....Im new!!!
I have tried to reclaim my charges from my catalogue for late payments. I have sent a template letter found on this site requesting a list of my charges and sent £10 away as advised. They have now came back to me and said they have sent me 12 months of statements and will charge me £5.00 for every statement after that and they cannot provide me with a list of charges.
They say if i want the information they hold on me i have to write to the this address

they haven't gave me my £10.00 back and im sure they will be reluctant to give me the charges back. They charges is am owed would actually wipe out two of my catalogues and clear half of the third.
Could anyone advise of what i should do next??

I would love to know.. im taking my catalogue to the ombudsman.. would like some advice on this also. Debt £800.00 boosted upto £2200.00 in charges:eek::eek:0
