Hi Taiko
I am looking to get some advice, I have been refused a student loan on the basis that I have not been ordinarily resident in the uk for 3 years prior to the course. I receivedhave settled status in the uk(Indefinite leave to Remain) in oct 2011, and my course started in feb 2012.this however is untrue, i need some help as the situation is a but complicated. i'd appreciate your advice.
