Hi All
I was interested to know if anyone else has had delayed in a response from HSBC, I sent my first letter on the 20th January requesting a copy of my loan agreement (40 day) and also a copy of my Credit Agreement (12 days) and have not heard anything back from them.
Can anyone help as I am unsure what to do now.
Many Thanks:(

You should have hear something by now,are these account closed or open and did you enclose £1 for one and £10 for the other?.
Just to let you know if an account is closed they do not have to provide you with a copy of the agreement.
The Credit Card agreement may not show ppi,you really need a statement that will show this.0
