Inconsiderate Neighbours

How long does it take to look out the bedroom window to see if your neighbours have washing out ???

30 seconds :-/

The pop and tell them your having a barbecue and you'll be happy to fan the smoke over their way................easy you would think :(

Some people have no consideration for others :)

    Barbequeues :(

My gripe is with the younger element who have been out, particularly Friday & Saturday nights, and because I'm on a corner, they stop outside to have their (loud) farewell conversations at about 2am. >:( Also other ones you can hear in the distance and it always involves banging (or smashing?) something and shouting and yelling.) :(
    Torgwen.......... :) ...........

Don't get me started!! Oh all right then....Why do some people think that all the neighbours would just love to hear their music blasting out - so much for a nice peaceful Sunday afternoon snoozing in the garden. And then why, when politely asked to lower the volume, do they get all aggressive and abusive?! And then crank the volume up even more??!! ???

  • We have a telephone box outside our house which obviously is very rude to people .... well thats the only reason I can see why it should be beaten up every night by the poor little 6 - 12 year olds with nothing better to do at 11pm at night waiting for their parents to leave local pub ( some of who also think the box deserves a damn good kicking as they pass )
  • Ok you twisted my arm ;D

My neighbours drive me insane. I can't sit in my garden for 5 mins without their kids bombarding me with questions and stories bout where they've been and what they've got!! It's not their fault, I think they get bored and lonely.............everytime they go in the house they get screamed at to 'get out' again. When they are indoors they're constantly being shouted and sworn at........I seem to spend most of my weekend saying 'for christ sake stop shouting at them kids'!!

They are generally a noisy family - can't do anything quietly but I really don't think they even realise how loud they are!!

Apart from that they're really nice people ;D
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

Look on the bright side coupon_king - if it's a BT phone box it probably won't be there much longer...

Dunno about barbecues, but my favourite bonfire smoke vs washing game is to run around the garden shouting "Aaaargh, my washing" really, really loudly for a couple of minutes. Doesn't ever really achieve anything, but amuses me tremendously.

i had neighbours i was convinced waited for us to go out for the day when i put my washing out, then decide to have a barbecue. got sick of it, so waited till they'd done the same, and we lit a bonfire and had a barbecue. oddly enough they never did it again after that.

    Double smokey whammy! Blimey!

When I do things like that people never seem to get the point... I suppose, sensibly, we should just have nice calm discussions about these little problems, but where's the fun in that?

For example, have a bloke in the office who is one of those people who sniff constantly. If you heard Jason from this year's Big Brother you'll know what I mean. Highly irritating. We went through a period of anonymously buying him packets of tissues. Never worked it out...

Funniest thing was, he started seeing another girl in the office - who was previously sniff free - and she started doing it too...!

    ;)
