Finally had my despatch email, it's saying all the free gifts are included. Fingers crossed

Delivery guy left ,my parcel on my front step (in full view of anyone passing along the road!).

Fortunately nobody nicked it while I was out today - and, even better, my 6 free gifts are all there.

My order came last week without the free gifts, meant to have 6! I took the box back to a Boots store (free parking luckily) and they refunded me. They didn't adjust my Boots points though so have those for nothing and my tcb still seems to be showing too so something I suppose.:)

Today I went into a bigger Boots and they had tons of Sanctuary stuff still 3 for 2 with free gift. I bought just over £20 worth (better stuff than I had originally ordered) and had 2 free gifts. The assistant rung up nearly £30 instead and I had to explain/insist that was wrong, the till hadn't taken off each free 3rd item and even then she had to check with another SA. I also had an extra 200 points voucher for a £20 spend.

Really good deal but a lot of effort and the SA was really put out and offish with me even though she was the one keeping me waiting for ages, didn't even apologise and I was nice and polite to her. The things you do to save money!

think the reason it was moved because people were getting 3 free gifts but they have now stopped that and you can only get 1 free gift

Yes - you didn't have to spend £10 either to get the gifts it was working with the cheap £2 items

Instore it is also worth reminding that if you were to purchase 2 sanctuary items which totalled over the £10 mark for the free gift and if you have a no 7 voucher (given out with £5 spend) you could pick a 3rd no7 item as part of your 3 for 2 and use your voucher towards this.
e.g.
1 x No7 nail varnish = £7 (less £5 voucher so £2 to pay)
2 x Sanctuary bodywash @£5.10 each (1 bodywash free so £5.10 to pay)
Free Sanctuary gift = 0.00
Total = £7.10
