Boots sanctuary glitch. 3 for 2 plus free gift for every £10 you spend

Hiya, Not been on for a while. Some of you might remember me from the 'boots thread' days.
I dont want to be the bearer of bad news but I have had a "your order has been partially dispatched" email for my sanctuary glitch order. They have removed the extra gift sets that shouldn't really have been given and have sent only 1. I havent picked this order up yet.
I should add that this might only happen to me because of what happened last year when my online acount was closed- maybe its being watched. I would be interested to hear if this does happen to anyone else. xx

I remember you from the Boots thread - it does seem strange that your gift sets haven't been sent.
I picked up an order with x 3 gift sets yesterday but perhaps they will now start getting cancelled.
I have no idea how long the 3 for 2 and the free gift with £10 spend offers finish?

Happened to me too last week. First order ok, then I chanced it again (bought 3 x £5.50 items each time) but 'partially despatched' email for second order with NO gift sets. When I collected, I handed order straight back at counter for refund. Postage refund refused, but I rang HO and got that back. Nobody mentioned freebies - and I kept very quiet. I wasn't sure if it was because they were OOS of gift sets (in stock when ordered) or because I'd ordered again.

I got a despatch note yesterday at about 4.30pm, all the free gifts are on it. this is my first Sanctuary order.

Think I might have the same prob, I paid for delivery tomorrow and my order is still being processed, not holding much hope for this one

Tried to order 3 candles @ £12.25 from website but it would only allow one gift.. Phoned customer services and was told only 1 gift per purchase, even though I was spending £25:(

you have to manually add the other 2 free gifts to your basket to make the glitch work.
Customer services were right - the idea is that its one free gift per transaction when you spend at least £10 on Sanctuary - but the glitch works online .

had an email to say partially dispatched and was thinking of i will only get 1 gift set but the tissues i ordered where out of stock so they are refunding me £2 plus the 3 gift sets have been dispatched whoppee only ordered the tissues so i could get free shipping to shop so it means i still got free shipping and 3 gift sets
