Utility Meters Costing A Fortune!!!

Please help I am on SSP (statutory sick pay) atm and its costing me £10pw in both my meters...thats £80 pcm which feels like an aweful lot for a single person in a small one bed flat. I often cannot afford to put the heating on just put layers on and lots of blankets...im sick of being freezing cold and getting…
