DSG / PC World at their Poor Service AGAIN!

To cut a story short, my PC was mis sold to me specification wise a few years ago. I've only just noticed how ever. I can appreciate it's taken me a long time to get to them, but I just didn't notice!
Basically I'm after 1. DSG Managing Director (or someone near that end of the company) email preferably, but address if necessary. 2. PC worlds managing director email and address? And 3. Head Office Email/Postal Address!
I hate it when the big companies try stamp down on us customers. How ever, I know that if all consumers were to group together, we'd be a million times more powerful that the companies. After all, we're the ones that keep these companies in business!
Cheers all - thanks to be left as appropriate!
Matt.

Ohh I'm going to add that when I took the PC into the store for them to have a look at, they took it around back and peeled away my specification sticker.
I told them that I was in contact with Trading Standards, and they ran quick and got it back for me. How ever it is no longer sticky.
What Cheek!!! :mad:0 -

You may as well complain to the standard head office address.
If you read through this forum everyone and their dog wants to complain to a companies managing director or ceo.
If you stop and think with this volume of people doing that will they actually read them? No.
It will be sent to the correct department by the managing directors pa, sent back for the pa to review and then put in a pile for the managing director to sign.0 -
Might sound silly, but my PC had a sticker on the side (this is what they removed) that said it was a USB 2.0 machine. I find it is only USB 1.0. I KNOW it's not motherboard drivers and all etc... As an IT Technician myself, I've checked it all thoroughly.
Ok I'll go to the Head Office - any Idea what the address is please?0 -
When I asked for an address to forward a complaint to, the assistant pointed out a number on the top of the receipt and said I could get the address and details from them. I pointed out that this was a premium rate number , I was practically told it was tough.0

From the title of your thread with poor service from the DSG group occuring AGAIN wouldn't it be wise simply not to shop with them. They're customer service is appalling and as you say were the ones that keep them in business, if your unhappy go elsewhere.0 -
Wellll...
I bought from PC World, then Pixmania. PC ok at time of buying camera, then they both fail and CS is poor afterwards.
So initially they were ok by my standards, it is NOW that I have the problem with.
Anyway, back on topic - Addresses?!0 -
