People dont tend to say M&S Insurance though, they tend to say I got my home insurance from M&S
Do they stop shopping at M&S - probably not though some certainly claim they will. That said, people say they'll never go back to insurer XYZ and then a couple of years later XYZ is 2p cheaper than their current insurers and they do go back.0
