Generally pretty good at fixing a problem I had with my internet but why, when I have told them that I have no internet and no mobile do they (without warning) send me an e-mail saying the engineer is coming?:j:j:j:j
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Someone made a mistake??? You fixed a problem with your internet and yet you say you have no internet?:(0 -
Obviously not made myself clear.
No internet, Tuesday
phoned support Tuesday
2 days later recieve email from day before(whilst internet still down) saying engineer coming.(Thursday, Email dated Wednesday)
Engineer did not come but problem sorted at exchange (card fault) Did not know he was supposed to be coming until today when I got the emails when internet returned.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

I'm still struggling to understand to be honest. Apologies if I'm being thick.

Lol, I get what you mean, happened to me too. I rang them on a Thursday (bloody hard work talking to their helpline staff  ) and after failing to fix from their end they said they'd send someone out. Was fixed a couple of days later and when checking my emails I found they'd sent me one on the Thursday when I first rang them about having no internet.:rotfl:'The most important things in your life aren't things.'0

If my broadband goes down I still have Internet access. I can WiFi via my iPhone or I can use my spare dongle. It is not the end of the world.0
