Fvf Granted - Advise Please

Hi, Ive recently started a claim against a NPB, and even through the dispute they've not paid, nor responded. I do welcome new comers, and stipulate any timewasters will be reported, etc blah blah blah, and this buyer has 2 feeback, both + (will about to get a neg)

Dispute console says Im eligible for FVF. but how am I paid this?

Does it get deducted of my sellers fees?

And do I have to close the dispute first before I get the FVF back?

If I was to re-list the item, do I lose the FVF?

So many questions, hope you can help

Thanks in advance

Yes, it's credited to your account so cancels out the original FVF

Yes. Also if the buyer does not repond they cannot leave you feedback.

No. In fact you may be eligible for a refund on the re-list fee if it sells the second time.

    Hope this helps :-)

  • The negative are going to leave sounds reasonable to me. But beware they might retaliate and leave you a negative too.

I`d just not leave them any feedback. There may be a good reason that they havnt paid, but best just to say nothing as you will get your fees back.
  • It's best not to mention the dispute, as this can mean ligitimate grounds for removal.
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

    Thanks for that Friv Fay

I thought as much ref the dispute part in the f/b, just wanted to check

I wouldnt normally bother being so petty, but the item ended 3 weeks ago, and not a peep from the buyer, and they did bid right at the last second!

I will leave it for a few days longer!
