Thanks for that Lynsey . As you seem to be a useful fountain why dont Lidls do baskets- the number of times I have wanted 5-6 items but not wanted a trolley?

My local Lidl has baskets, has done for a while now.

    Bump.

Just came back and got several diced chicken breasts packs.
They were "flying out of the door", so if this is your offer and you want it, you need to get there early.
Looked really nice and well worth the £1.34 per pack - super bargain.

Ditto with the pork loin steaks in my local store this morning, most peeps were taking 6 packs each.
    (I only took 3 packs)

Im not going to bother with the chicken breast slices, hope we get meatballs or diced chicken next week. I plan to get 6 of every offer and getting a small chest freezer too.

I picked up chicken breast slices this weekend, great for lunches.

Sunday seems to be a good day to go to my local (Wokingham) one for deals, if you get there when it opens theres plenty of stock left.

Ours does now but before they did they didnt mind people putting stuff in their carrier bag(s) (in my case a couple of mr t jute bags) which felt very strange. Might be worth checking with staff.
