  • Do Lidls in general accept coupons as I asked staff in my local shop. They didnt seem to know as if no one had asked before?

Lidl only accept their own coupons/vouchers, sometimes from newspapers and on the odd occasion from the leaflets/handouts. They don't take manufacturers coupons..................sadly.

  • Thanks for that Lynsey . As you seem to be a useful fountain why dont Lidls do baskets- the number of times I have wanted 5-6 items but not wanted a trolley?

Just use the empty boxes, I always do.
Depends on how heavy the items are I suppose??

I only really buy a few things at a time and some others just take a bag and put their stuff in and empty it out at the till and then re-fill. Again, depends on what your limited number of items are.

Maybe they want you to fill a trolley though!! lol
