N&S Bath Thermae Spa

So p***ed off with them right now! My whole Hen do is ruined because of their abysmal organisation and booking system :mad: .
I was planning to go to Bath with 5 friends for my Hen do for a day. Starting off at said Spa, lunch at Sally Lun's, ceramic painting in the afternoon and dinner at a nice restaurant. As there are 6 of us, we needed to book the spa, as it gets busy. It looks lovely, natural spring pools and everything.
Firstly, my CBM (chief bridesmaid) spent a week being fobbed off that they couldn't take bookings due to computer problems, fair enough, you think, it happens. She finally got through last week, they took the booking for us (6 people for 11.30am) and said they'd call back to take payment. Guess what, they never called back. I called today to chase them and they said they'd go back to my CBM. Well, they did, only for us to be told they can only book us in for 6 or 7pm. I'm so annoyed at their unbelievably rubbish service. A warning to avoid them like the plague if you want to make group bookings. :mad: Seems to me they should have spent a bit more money on a decent computer system.

If you're not set on going to Bath, the Bristol Relaxation Centre would be a lovely place for it - outdoor and indoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room and lovely massages and so on.0
