Ebay Debt Collection Agency Harassment

Hi everyone.
This is my first post here so I am fairly unsure if it is in the right section of the forum? Please forgive me for any discrepancies in forum rules etc.
I have a problem I hope to get some advice about. I have had an ebay account for 10 years and recently ran up a seller fees balance of £100+. Something happened out of my control meaning ebay seller fees weren't the most important thing to pay. So rather than pay it all off I paid smaller amounts. I got it down to £29. I then received an e-mail from ebay, account suspended.
Then I got a phone call from someone claiming to be from ebay. When I asked how he could verify this he told me to wait for the letter. I immediately knew it was about my seller fees. I was due to be paid from work in about 2 weeks and was planning to clear the £29.
A few days later I realized I had some spare money so paid my £29 fees online via the ebay website. I had since found out that the people who had phoned previously were IQOR as they had sent me about 25 e-mails over the weekend.
Eventually IQOR phoned me after the weekend, I informed the woman that I had paid my ebay fees online and my account had been reinstated. I assumed this would be the end of the matter. The woman then went on to say that I owed IQOR £8 admin fee. I questioned this and she said it was in the terms and conditions for ebay.
Do I need to worry about this? I have sent a message to ebay asking if they can waive this admin fee and explained that I had made small payments where I could to reduce the balance, etc. etc.
I begrudge paying £8 when I don't owe £8, I have tried looking for ebay ToC but can't find them on their website. I have now received a letter from IQOR (yesterday - 22nd feb) the letter is dated the 17th feb. It is asking for £37 in payment for my ebay fees. But I only owed £29. I am guessing they have quoted £37 and added the £8 on the end.
I was planning to write a letter enclosing a copy of the letter they sent me, explaining that I had paid ebay and that I consider the matter closed. Should I make any reference to the £8? Should I ask them to send me a copy of the ebay ToC with the section regarding payment of admin fees to DCAs highlighted?
Or should I just pay it and be done with it?
Any advice welcome guys!
PS - forgive my bad spelling/gramma, in a bit of a rush to get to work and I am using a laptop!

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/fees.html#whatIf you have not paid your outstanding eBay fees after our reminders and warnings, eBay reserves the right to refer your account to an outside collection agency for collection of the outstanding eBay fees. Please note that the collection agency will also charge you a proportionate and reasonable fee for the collection of the unpaid eBay fees, which will vary according to the amount owed and which will be payable in addition to the outstanding eBay fees.0 -

The thing is though as much as the OP has paid ebay the fees. If the account was passed over to a debt collection agency she does still technically owe the Admin fee so they are within rights to attempt to collect it.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

Acouple of years ago an ebay seller used my phone number. I knew nothing about this until a debt collection agency started phoning me every day asking for the seller by name. They were very aggressive and caused inconvenience and stress. Ebay should have proper checks in place. I have boycotted them ever since.0

Judging by what nottoolate has posted I think I will just pay up. It isn't worth the worry.
Thanks for the replies guys.

For £8 this is probably the sensible option.
In future if you get in to difficulties speak to the company concerned.0 -

I didn't think ebay would be so aggressive, especially as they will have been able to see me paying the amount down. I think i paid two payments of £40 to them then the last was for £29 i was going to pay this Friday and clear my balance. But they couldn't wait.
Very aggressive and i am seriously considering never selling via ebay again. If that is how they wish to treat members of 10 years who have never failed to pay up. It is a sure fire way for them to loose customers.
I will phone IQOR this evening (if they don't phone me first) and pay the £8 and in future try to have a bit more saved up to cover home emergencies.

What confuses me about this thread is people are happy to use their services, thus bring money in from the buyers - then not pay for the service for months just to kick up a fuss when ebay eventually decide enough is enough and want to recoup some of their costs as a result of the failure to pay!!
£8 is extremely reasonable imo! Many firms will add about £25 to cover costs when it goes to a collection agency. If you are a business they can add a £40 late payment fee (The Late Payment of Commercial debts (Interest) Act).
I accept sometimes circumstances change which can affect peoples ability to pay, but it's hardly fair to consider them for example to be "robbing b*******" when it was you who in fact are in breach of contract!0
