Need help getting Cahoot account details

Had a Cahoot flexi loan, but don't know the account number, and don't have any paper work.

Called them, and they asked me some security questions...loan amount, etc....but I can't remember any of those details.

They said they couldn't tell me anything so to go into a Santander branch with photo ID and they would help.

Went into a branch at the weekend and they said they have no way of finding this info! :mad:

Anything I can do?

Have you got a old bank statement showing a payment going to them, they could trace it that way?
How long ago did the loan end?

If this loan was in the last 6 years,get a free trial of your credit report,the last 4 digits will be there and you can put a claim in (if you have reasons for mis sell) with these,you could do what Angie2012 said too,or if you paid this by DD then ask your bank if they can find this payment,the full account number will be there.

Found an old statement showing the amount I was paying to them and that helped me get past the Santander security cheques!

Now to take them for all they have!
