Hi All
Just a bit of information please i claim PPI for my Lloyds Credit Card had a offer Yesterday and Lloyds calculations were :
Difference between the actual & revised balance = £3042.72
Credit interest at 8% per annum simple to 13 March 2012 = £114.68
What i would like to know i had claims on my other card MBNA , Halifax
which were
Refund of premiums =£2046
Refund of interest applied to account because of PPi =£2004
interest @8% calculated up to 18 jan 2012 =£2006
Why is it Lloyds didnt pay any interest on my ppi like all others is this correct call centre very unhelpful or is it just different way of calculating?
Thanks all:(

I think it is something to do with whether your account was in credit or not - but I may be wrong and someone will come along and confirm.
Can I ask when you first lodged your complaint with Lloyds? I am at week 10 and still waiting to see whether they have upheld our complaint, which I am hoping they will since my husband was told in a meeting that he would need to have the cover to get his application approved.0 -
When you win mis sell on a credit card, they reset the card and if you had a credit balance anytime, then you do not get the 8% for that.0
