Hiya
Have bought an old property which had been empty for a few years (3 bed detached 1940s) and spent the last year extending and renovating (finishing end Nov). Its now about a 3rd bigger property compared to before, but has cavity wall insulation in existing building and roof fully insultated. New boiler, radiators and electrics. All the external windows and doors are new DG. The kitchen and its appliances are also new.
My problem is I have no idea how much our electric / gas will cost for the year and so are unsure how to price compare, as isn't it based on current usage??
Got a letter from npower saying that our online 21 tariff is due to finish. Not sure whether need to look at a new supplier or just a different tariff. Very confused, its worse than fractions!
PLEASE HELP............:A

Use a comp site with the estimated annual kWh figures for your type of property. Say 16,500 kWh of gas and 3400kWh of electricity?
That will be close enough for the purpose of comparison, and takes a couple of minutes. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
