Buying a house that has been sold with dual agency

Should I be worried? I have bought (STC) a house through one ea (who has clearly marked the property as SSTC) but the property is still being advertised by the other ea as 'for sale'? If a new buyer was introduced by the second ea could I more easily be gazumped?

Just tell the seller that your offer is subject to taking it off the market with all agencies. This is common practice when making an offer.0
