  • Not the most efficient way, but if you click in the search box, you'll see all your searches.
Just hover the mouse over the top one until it's highlighted and keep your finger on the delete key.

This is a neat little program but you will have to tick autocomplete form history to get rid of that history that your on about.

I'm sure it's very obvious, but after clearing my internet history, if I go into google and right click then left click in quick succession, there's still a list of everything I've ever searched on.
How do I get rid of this?

If you mean the search box on Google Toolbar, you get rid of the search history by clicking on the Google logo and selecting "Clear Search History". Google cache is not removed by clearing History and/or cache in Internet Explorer or Firefox.

As an aside, if you want to remove you internet usage from prying eyes you should be aware of a hidden file Microsoft place on an XP system called index.dat. This logs all your internet usage and downloads. You can remove it in Safe Mode or use a utility to do the job for you. Deleting it in normal mode will not work.

    Hope this helps.
