I've been trawling through the Hargreaves and Lansdown website but have been unable to find an answer to this. I started my S+S ISA a few months ago. Thanks folks. I understand now. I just didn't notice it at the time. Would have been nicer if it was made clearer during the process, but it's my own fault for not researching properly beforehand.

All part of the learning process I guess
