Hello,

I'm just looking into various matters where i belive my husband was mis-sold PPI insurance as he was self employed.

I have paperwork for a secured loan which included something called 'Loanguard Insurance' (against death, accident, sickness or unemployment) and i was wondering if this is the same as PPI and if we'd beable to make a claim?

Total 'insurance loan' interest was calculated at over £2,000.

I also think he had PPI for his mortgage and credit cards but i can't find any agreements or t&c's for these. If i write and ask for the paper work will it show whether or not PPI was agreed?

thanks in advance.
