standing charge or no standing charge?

ok ok i know i,m thick but can anyone work out the price would be if i used exact same amount of units if i swapped to the new tarriff below, just wondered if it be cheaper with standing charge or without, or will it be same roughly

current tarriff

day energy 360. units at 21.42.p £77.11
Discounted day energy 963. units at 14.38.p £138.48

Night energy 4081. units at 5.96.p £243.23

new tarriff

day energy at 14.26p

Night energy 5.92p
standing charge per day at 18.53p

The standing charge option is £67.63 a year
The PAYG cost is 7.04p per unit on top of the day charge, or £25.34, but you don't give the time period to give a direct comparison.

The useage difference between the tariff cost is't huge between the two, (about £3 as below)

963 units @ 14.38 = £138.48 vs 963 units @ 14.26 = £137.32
4081 units @ 5.96 = £243.23 vs 4081 units @ 5.92 = £241.60

If your put your figures into any comp site it will tell you the result instantly. Unless you are a very low user, there is only a tiny difference between NSC and SC tariffs ( as a comp site analysis will also demonstrate).
