1. The closing date for receipt of all entries is 29 February 2012.
2. To enter the promotion, you must complete the online form at www.royalmail.com/forbusiness as specified or contact Royal Mail by telephone on 0870 240 0061 or complete the business reply form.
3. Only one entry per person. Only persons with a qualified UK business address will be entered. Qualification of address will be based on being a trading and registered UK business. No purchase necessary. No third-party or bulk entries allowed.
4. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. .
5. The winners: There will be four winners who will be chosen by random draw on 5 March 2012. The draw will be supervised by an independent person.
6. Winners will win either an Apple iPad2 (32GB WiFi) or a Nespresso Krups Citiz Fire Engine Red coffee machine. The prize for each winner will be randomly selected. Those who win the Apple iPad2 will have the choice of white or black. Prizes are subject to availability.
7. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the prize draw date. The winners must confirm acceptance of their success within 20 days of being notified otherwise alternative winners will be chosen. Winners will receive their prize by 30 April 2012.
8. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. Any tax liability arising as a result of winning a prize is the responsibility of the individual.
14. Winners' names and counties will be made available after 11 April 2012 by sending an SAE to Elizabeth Daniel, Royal Mail Group Limited, 35-50 Rathbone Place, London W1T 1HQ.
15. Winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the draw.
