hsbc critical injury insurance

Hi I have Mortgage protection and critical injury insurance with HSBC to cover my mortgage with them and am self employed , not sure if this was miss sold, any ideas, thanks

Right, well why do you think it was mis-sold? Nothing you've said so far even hints at it.

That product type doesnt exist. It will either be critical illness cover or an accident policy in relation to injuries. I suspect it is the former (which if it is, means put in place under an advice process. So, factfind, needs analysis and report issued plus no overlap with anything else and not dependent on employment or health).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
