Hello all

Has anyone got Sky Talk i believe its called. Im looking at changing my current Orange broadband and having Sky look after my Telephone calls, Sky package and broadband.

Is it good, bad or ugly!

Well after spending 35 minutes on the phone to them today, being asked for my phone number no less than 10 times and then being told at the end that they are having "computer problems" and to "call back another day" it doesn't bode well!

i have been with sky broadband and sky talk since november and apart from a few teething troubles and the odd connection drop out i have been satisfied with it - you pay £5 per month for sky talk and pay for mobile,premium etc, i am a heavy phone user and including calls to mobiles my bill is usually about £11, although you still have to pay £11 per month to BT for line rental - i have heard that the higher the package you have with sky tv the quicker the service for broadband, could be hearsay though.
