Should our estate agents be doing more?

We've been on the market four weeks and had 10 viewings but no offers. The feedback we get is that our house is lovely but either a little too small or the lack of garden (only a courtyard). The house is on the market for £149,950.
The two other estate agents we had over to value our house put the price as quite a bit higher (£152k and £159,950) than the estate agent we went with, but we do think that this is near enough the right price - although we are of course prepared to take slightly lower offers.
We just don't know whether our estate agents are doing enough to push our house, and should we think about giving them notice (only require 2 weeks notice) and change to a different estate agent?
The estate agent we are using suggested (after I pushed him into actually saying it) that we should review the price in two weeks, but I want to know that they are really pushing our house and we don't want to be on the market indefinately - we want to move house as soon as possible!!!
Could a different estate agent do more?
Can anyone advise?

Try getting a friend to ring up asking about properties like yours, and see if the agent gives them your house details. That may give you an idea if the agent is pushing your property or not to prospective buyers. My sig's too large, apparently - so apologies to whoever's space I was taking up.:lipsrseal0

Well my friend dropped an email this afternoon to the estate agents, enquiring about properties in our area for around the same price range that our house is on, so will be interesting to see what response she gets.
It is just really frustrating and I'm realising I'm not quite as patient as I thought I was!0 -
10 viewings in four weeks is okay, it's still only February.
"Too small" is often the other way of saying "too expensive"
If you are hearing that a lot, I'd worry a bit. People are saying that they can get bigger for the same money, iyswim.
On average, a sale occurs after something like 12 viewings and just under 7 weeks. Doesn't mean a great deal but you know you're still on the right side of average!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Our house was on the market for 12 weeks and had approx 10 viewings then a few offers came in at once and we accepted an offer a few weeks ago. tbh our EA was useless but they offer 599 +VAT to sell the property (compared to most offering 1.5 - 2% of sale price) - they are considered the 'no frills' EA round here and not well liked! However considering we were not in a rush to move we left it, although had we seen a property I would have pushed them. Nevertheless it shouldn't matter what price you pay them you're paying them to do a job, I agree with everyone elses advice get a friend to ring up.I wished the buck stopped here as I could use a few!0
