Employment Terminated during Notice Period

The company I was working for went into Administration whilst I was serving my 1mth Notice Period.
My employment was terminated 3days early as a result. I have made a claim for unpaid wages via the National Insuarance Fund but there is a period of my Notice Period that falls outwith this claim.
I have the RP1 form for Statutory Redundancy but I'm not sure that this will be suitbale for me - should I be considered for Statutory Redundacy when my Employment was ending in any case?
Also, to qualify for Statutory Redundacy, I believe you need to have been in continuous employment for 2yrs. In my case I was employed by one business in the group, made redundant and then re-employed by another business in the group (in the same position) with no break in service. My overall period of employment was 30mths split 24 - 6. Is there a question mark over my eligibilty?
grateful for any advice

No question mark at all - you are definitely not eligible (assuming you are correct in saying that you were actually made redundant 6 months ago). If you were redundant, then your contract terminated at that point and a new one commenced, regardless of the similarities in job and employer.
As such the first part of your question is moot.0 -
I think you are only entitled to PILON for unused notice.
Unless you believe the notice was unfare to start with
why were you on notice?0 -

So is there another avenue I should be exploring - submitting a claim directly to the Administrator for example? Debt @ January '10 =£79712

I offered my notice as I was leaving for another job.
Lucky escape in many ways but I would also like to receive payment for what I was due. Debt @ January '10 =£79712
