GHD mark 4 straighteners-£98.95 @ asos

  • I love my GHDs, and wouldn't be without them. Had them for 2 years now, with no problems. I have friends who used to say that £105 was a waste of money and that there £40 ones were just as good- funny how they have now all got a pair of GHDs now:rotfl:
  • I have to say that no other straighteners compare. I've been straightening my hair for 17 years now (am 32, so its over half my life!) and have gone through about 8 pairs of irons. Only GHD do the job. And they do it SUPER-QUICK! I have 2 kids ages 2, and 13 weeks, and it is not an inconvenience to find 10 minutes to do my hair whereas other (cheaper) versions take a good half hour.....go figure! I shall be taking advantage of this offer as my GHDs have died after 4 years of daily use (and were finally unable to survive being dropped by my 2 year old!). Thanks for finding this and posting it!
  • I'm considering ordering them as a buffer pair in case my current one die! i honestly don't know what i'd do if mine went!

my missis got a pair of ghd's they lasted about a year then died

my sister also got a pair of ghd's they also lasted about a year and then died

and then they both went and got another one each

    WOMEN!!!!!!

GHD's customer service is fantastic, if your missis and sister had called them, they would have arranged for them to be replaced, even after a year.

Tell that to the people who had their homes burnt to a crisp.

Honestly, vanity really can skew your perception of need and value. :D

All you have to do is remember to unplug them from the socket.

Ordered mine on Tue, hopefully they will arrive today. I have been using a cheaper pair for about 9 months, not a patch on GHD's - my old one's started sparking when I used them, but DH tried to fix them, so no chance of sending them back!
Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j
