KGB Deals refund?

I bought a voucher for a salon on KGB Deals. The salon was near my job. It took a while, but I managed to book an appointment for a massage.
On Monday, I got an e-mail from KGB Deals informing me that the salon had moved to a different location, nowhere near my house or my job. It would take me over an hour to get there. It's really inconveniet. How relaxing will the massage be if it's sandwiched in between two and a half hours of commuting?
I e-mailed KGB Deals to ask for a refund. They've refused.
This doesn't seem particularly fair. KGB is promoting local deals. This deal is no longer local to me.

I completely agree - if the location of the offer has changed then it's not really the same deal. I would try contacting them again explaining that the offer is no longer the same as what you ordered, being quite direct and forceful. If that still doesn't work I would contact my bank and try a chargeback - hate doing them but it doesn't sound like you have much choice.0
