Contents Insurance for Residents of Care Homes

My mother-in-law has just moved in to a care home and I'd like to organise a small amount of contents insurance.
Comparison web sites do not appear to offer this option, and web searching has been unsuccessful.
Before I go to broker has anyone any other suggestions?

Have you asked the care home if they have any sort of cover with the company that they use, presumably they have to have buildings and contents for their parts of the building.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
  • Hi Awali, Did you manage to find some insurance for your mother-in-law. We are in the same position and struggling to find an insurer?
