Please read my post on reclaim request from HALIFAX!! I know it is not a PPI claim but has anyone else been sent the same letter as me and to wait as long for a reply????

I spoke to Halifax again today and they are only just assessing my claim after getting the doctors notes nearly 5 weeks ago, they said it could now take another month to get a decision!! i am livid and feel like we are been strung along!! please someone advise me we cant be ther only one who recieved this letter!!0

Did you not go mis sell with this?,this would have been a lot faster,2 months claim on the insurance may not be as much as the ppi they may owe you.
Other than that,they have to look at this and give you what you are owed,you may find it will not take too long,fingers crossed.0
