Can i claim for?

Hi,
Can i attempt to claim for ppi on:
online finance car credit agreement?
la redoute store card?
topshop storecard?
littlewoods store card?
capital one credit card?

and if so how do i go about getting a claim going?

Hi there

And yes you can, if you been sold PPI and have your reasons for being mis sold then fire away on your complaint reclaiming.

You would normally pursue the ones who set up and sold you the account, but in regards of store cards, I understand you write to the company shown on the back of the statements you receive.

So write to the address shown on the back of the statements, you can do this by completing a reclaim questionnaire for each one, as shown on the link below, remember to keep copies in case you need to complain to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), for example, you may be eligible to complain to them if your not happy with the final decision.

i have spoken to capital one and littlewoods and they have both advised me i havent had ppi insurance on the account? could they be misleading me or are they obliged to tell the truth?
could i still have a case to reclaim charges for late payments etc?

If you had ppi with either of these,it will be shown on every statement you get.

Why would they? If it were true then it would show on your statements.

No - that has generally been put to bed by the courts.
