    Its bad for paintwork.

If you can then drain or syphon out, fill with fresh water and repeat. Alternatively, recruit a helper to squirt the washers to empty it out whilst you play a hosepipe to rinse it away thoroughly - as long as you're not in a drought area.

it shouldnt damage your screen or rubbers but it wont clear the screen like screen wash will, if i was you i would put a hose in there and run it until you have diluted it down to virtually nothing, make sure you do this away from pets as it could be toxic to them. A little bit of anti freeze will do no harm in really cold weather but good screen wash is best.

Well aside from the fact it could damage your paintwork, anti-freeze is also poisonous/toxic and animals/pets (especially cats) love to lick the stuff (it tastes and smells sweet). You need to be very careful what you do with it and how you remove it from the washer bottle.

Good idea from oldvicar. You need to get it out because if used it is going to damage your paintwork, most especially in the seam between windscreen and the rubber seal. I know because it happened to me some years ago.

Anti-freeze used to be very good paint stripper.

Using the washerpump to spray it away will take ages and risk damaging the pump, They get
hot quite quickly. Not designed to pump for more than a few seconds at a time.

Syphon or drain the tank and rinse in fresh water then drain again.

Yep, then repeat, then repeat again, then, to be on the safe side or if it's a new car, use the pump to flush out the pipes & jets with a hose pipe to dilute as soon as it comes out of the jets.

Pull your wipers off the screen and you wont spread it everywhere while you empty the washer bottle, get a hose on the windscreen with plenty of water to flush it away. Make sure you run a couple of refils of water through the washer tank to flush it out. Easier way would be to do the same but siphon off as much as you can first, just dont take a mouthfull of it! Should be simple to siphon as well sitting so high.

Ummm.... I assume you mean to syphon the contents out?
Because the other possibility would result in a lot of mess...... :rotfl:

To syphon without sucking the stuff into your mouth, fill a length of pipe/tube with water (use tap or submerge), hold your thumb over one end (to stop the water coming out), place the other into the tank, lower the thumbed end as low to the ground as possible and then release your thumb, the water should rush out and suck the contents along with it, then go make the above cup of tea while it empties itself..... Simples.

As mentioned, "hammering" the washer jet's is not a good idea, they can be expensive to replace AND very hard to get access to.

And the issue I raised in my last post (re animals), don't let cats near the residue, it's poisonous and a dog might try to eat the cat before it dies :(
