Buyers abroad who can't collect

So annoyed, listed large item of furniture on buy-it-now. Person from Italy does 'buy it now' but wants posting. I have had to relist the auction and pay listing fees again, as I couldn't find out how to do it any other way and want the auction to continue. So annoyed:mad:

I think if you raise a NPB dispute you can select a reason similar to "buyer not from country I sell to" You can file this up to 45 days after the sale has ended.
This way you will get back your FVF and apart from a bit of wasted time, will not be out of pocket.
Also when you relist the item (if you haven't already) select UK buyers only and make sure your listing clearly states collection only.

Couldn't you have got them to organise courier explaining you had it listed as pick up only. And certainly you can put a claim in for your fees as stated.
