Can someone kindly scan in and upload a copy of the Halifax 3.7% fixed rate 2-year Cash ISA transfer form (both sides) that was offered recently to existing customers (in early Feb)?
Unfortunately I forgot to do so myself and would like a copy of the conditions on the form that was sent off, in addition to the online T&Cs PDF.
