audi a4 turbo

i have got an AUDI A4 1.9 TDI - the turbo has gone- only a 1996 model (P REG)

is it possible to recondition the current turbo or do i have to get a new/2nd hand one?

if so , where?

sorry but dont know where 2 start- its going to be expensive

so im shopping around...:mad: :mad: :mad:

any help would be appreciated.

sorry but replacement is the only way, you could try audi recyclers/breakers on google (audi car parts finder) or local scrapyards but you have to be ready to get your hands dirty and make sure its the right one for your year of car

Depends what engine code yours is, but there are a few knocking about on eBay for example......
